REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

We provide service for all makes and models of heating and cooling equipment.

- Service calls are $125 and include a full diagnosis of your problem.
- Maintenance calls are $105 and include a full tune-up.
- Bi-Annual Preventative Maintenance is a priority service with no overtime charges and starts at $17.50 month.

Our invoices are digital, and are emailed or texted to each customer when your technician completes your service call. You can pay quickly and securely using: click & pay (from your Breezy online invoice), Zelle, ACH, check or credit card.

REPLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION

All Around Home Air specializes in professional HVAC installation, ensuring your home or business has the perfect system tailored to your needs. Jaunsee also provides manufacturer and labor warranties with each system. We offer high quality installations at more affordable rates than the big companies. You get the same high-efficiency equipment and professional workmanship, just at a better price.

We also offer financing options! All Around Home Air is a merchant with Wisetack and Synchrony. The approval process for both is online and only takes a few minutes. Many of our customers use this easy and flexible option.

Jaunsee works with each customer when choosing options for your new system. Each custom estimate includes:

  • SEER options (efficiency level of system)
  • Make, model and description of system capabilities
  • Multiple options and description of features
  • Pricing and financing options
  • FREE 10-year parts warranty covering all major parts of the sealed system and a full 1-year labor warranty and 50/50 labor warranty for 4 years (5 years total).
  • Some Champion systems can add an extended 10-year manufacturer's parts and labor warranty!
